The rules governing access to and use of the service.
These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the online information service La Vox Fidei. By creating an account or accessing the service, you accept these ToU without reservation.
La Vox Fidei is a service published on a non-professional basis. Access to all content, including the weekly review, is entirely free of charge and gives rise to no payment, subscription or commercial transaction.
As the service is not provided for valuable consideration, the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to distance selling and the right of withdrawal do not apply.
Access to part of the content is unrestricted. Access to all content and to the weekly review requires the creation of a free account (email address and password). The publisher reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance, without this giving rise to any compensation.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. You undertake to provide accurate information. The account is strictly personal.
All content published on La Vox Fidei (articles, analyses, layout, graphic elements) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation, is prohibited. A short quotation remains permissible provided that the source is cited and a link is made to the original URL.
The comments you publish remain your property; by publishing them, you grant the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the service. Unlawful, defamatory, insulting or public-order-infringing statements are prohibited and may be removed without notice.
The content reflects the opinions of its authors and is provided for information purposes. The publisher may not be held liable for any interruption of the service, any event of force majeure, or any decision taken by a reader on the basis of this content.
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
You may delete your account at any time from your personal area. The publisher may terminate an account in the event of a breach of these ToU, with prior notice except in cases of proven fraud.
The magazine's content is produced by an in-house editorial team following a rigorous process of documentary research and synthesis. The editorial staff uses artificial intelligence tools as an aid to structuring and writing, under the exclusive validation of the Publication Director, who assumes responsibility for its accuracy and journalistic rigour.
These ToU may be amended at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of your access. They are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
